This district encompasses the North Bronx neighborhoods of Riverdale, Kingsbridge, Kingsbridge Heights, Marble Hill, Van Cortlandt Village, Norwood, Woodlawn, and Wakefield.<h4>Champion for Corporate Accountability and Voting Rights</h4>By day, Ben is a partner at Cohen Milstein, a plaintiffs’ law firm known for its support for progressive causes and lawsuits on behalf of Democratic members of Congress. Ben works on behalf of unions, pension funds, and retirement systems to hold big corporations and their corporate executives accountable when they commit fraud and misconduct and put people’s retirement savings at risk.

The programs he has built and led have empowered over 70,000 people across America to get to the polls and protect their right to vote.<h4>Dedicated Father and Husband</h4>Ben lives in Riverdale with his wife, Anna, a Bronx native, and their two small children. His deep roots in New York and commitment to public service continue to drive his work in advocating for a fairer and more just society.
